This Executive Assistant (EA) role is based in New York City. Responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the EVP Marketing, Media and Conferences based in New York City. Also supports the SVP of Strategy and Growth for Meetings, Conventions and Exhibitions based in Las Vegas. Participate in a variety of responsible and complex administrative, secretarial and clerical duties.

Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of two executives: the Executive VP, Marketing, Media and Conferences, and also the SVP of Strategy and Growth for Meetings, Conventions and Exhibitions. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintains the executive's calendars: schedules and confirms appointments within multiple time zones, arranges for meeting rooms (including Teams, Zoom, etc.) or facilities, and able to adapt quickly to changes and updates
- Makes and confirms travel plans and related travel activities
- Prepares and submits expense reports on behalf of the executives and manages their division budget(s), and monthly reconciliations
- Manages contacts
- Completes ad hoc projects as assigned including event planning, research and other fun marketing associated projects
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Performs work under minimal supervision; always tries to think one step ahead of executive needs
- Prepare documents, presentations, and agendas
- 4-6+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Experience in communications and marketing and/or live entertainment/sports/hospitality, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Oral and written communication skills, solid technology skills essential, such as text communications
- Flexible team player to accomplish what it takes to get the job done
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel, Canva
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Professional attitude and the ability to be resourceful; no task too big or too small mindset
- Outstanding organization skills
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills supporting multiple time zones
