In need of high energy, positive results-driven marketing professional to manage and execute the agent’s marketing plan, including overseeing as well as executing each component of the marketing plan, the marketing plan for each listing, all lead generation programs, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated. This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a fast-paced environment. With the help of this individual, the agent is hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily marketing administrative tasks.
Compensation:
- Salary Range is: $55,000-$70,000

Responsibilities:- Assisting and supporting the owner in all areas needing assistance.
- Handling requests and queries appropriately.
- Design marketing collateral for each listing and for team branding as needed.
- Develop, implement, and manage a new social media plan, utilizing all social platforms as deemed appropriate.
- Help to run Google Ad campaigns and handle all digital marketing for the company.
- Create all marketing flyers, social posts, videos, and brochures as needed.
- Client Care – make each client feel like they are the only client we have – solve problems, provide service, and exceed expectations.
- Maintain and manage the client database.
- Plan and execute all client appreciation items and events.
- Manage client birthday, Holiday, and anniversary lists, gifts, and more.
- Create and maintain an operations manual/websites/videos.
- Obtain client reviews and referrals using a program created and maintained by you.
- Manage the company brand and full marketing plan and all of its components.
- Be the admin of all sales and marketing technology and systems.
- Administer the CRM system.
- Develop, implement, and execute a new social media plan.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Degree.
- Extensive knowledge of social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Ad campaigns and social media marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop is needed.
- Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

- Effective interpersonal skills, including superior oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
