Job Summary
Restore First Health is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer . The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the CEO. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the Chief Executive Officer’s schedule, prepare and organize important healthcare and strategic materials and plans, This role serves as the eyes and ears for the CEO, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information to the CEO, and ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effectives.
Required Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One to three years' prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) preferred.
- Certified Executive Administrative Professional (CEAP) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his/her daily work routine.
- Manage scheduling for the CEO.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
- Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by internal and external audiences.
- Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables and charts; distribute as appropriate.
- Coordinate work with other RFH staff as needed; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
- Assist CEO in project management activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training; as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
- Social media management
- Performing office duties such as ordering supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
Primary Location Address
Remote/Hybrid in Central New Jersey; Commutable to East Windsor, NJ.
