Singer Industrial is seeking an Executive Assistantto support our CEO and the executive team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the CEO's effectiveness and the overall success of the organization. Candidates with a background in communication, psychology or therapy bring a unique perspective to the role, allowing for a deeper understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics. Your persuasive writing skills will also contribute to effective communication and help the CEO convey their message with impact.

We do this with a robust line of fluid power, hose & fittings, belts, seals & gaskets, pneumatic and automation products and services.
Location: This will begin as a remote role, but will transition to an in-office role within 6 months, located in the Dallas, TX area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including employees, clients, and external partners. Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, and reports, ensuring clear and persuasive communication.
- Conduct research on various topics, including industry trends, market analysis, and psychological insights that can inform decision-making. Prepare concise reports and summaries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Attend meetings alongside the CEO, taking notes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Leverage your background to provide insights on team dynamics, employee motivation, and conflict resolution, offering guidance and recommendations when needed.
- Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives by tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining data security and privacy.
- Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and retreats, using your understanding of human behavior to create engaging and meaningful experiences.
- Assist with expense tracking, budget management, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, communication, English, human resources or a related field, or a therapy background. Additional certifications or degrees related to organizational psychology are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Persuasive writing skills and the ability to draft and edit professional communications effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in productivity and office software, including Microsoft Office and calendar management tools.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle complex tasks independently.
- Knowledge of psychology, organizational behavior, or therapy principles.
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization required – no sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
