Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in our office in
Duties:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong calendar management skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone systems
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or Executive Assistant preferred
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to plan and coordinate events
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Professional phone etiquette
