```Duties```
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate and plan company events, including logistics, catering, and invitations
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
```Requirements```
- 4 year college degree a must
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives
-Heavy calendar experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
