**About the Role:**
As a Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO with a variety of professional and personal tasks. You will act as a key liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the CEO’s office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Meeting Participation and Documentation:** Attend important meetings alongside the CEO, take comprehensive notes, track action items, and monitor progress to ensure effective follow-up. Managing the corporate calendar and making sure all major events are on it, and are planned for.
2. **Board Meeting Preparation and Scheduling:** Organize and schedule board meetings, prepare necessary documents, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless execution.
3. **File Management and Maintenance:** Oversee the organization and maintenance of files and documents, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
4. **Travel Assistance:** Coordinate all aspects of travel for the CEO, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and itinerary planning, ensuring comfortable and efficient travel experiences.
5. **Scheduling Assistance:** Manage the CEO’s calendar meticulously, arranging appointments, meetings, and events while balancing professional and personal commitments.
6. **HR-Related Tasks:** Assist with various HR functions such as recruitment processes, staff communications, and record-keeping.
7. **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing emails.
8. **Personal Assistance:** Support the CEO with personal tasks as needed, which may include running errands, managing personal appointments, and other tasks to help streamline the CEO’s personal commitments.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
