As the Executive Assistant, you will be the cornerstone for our CEO, channeling exceptional organizational skills and proactivity to streamline executive functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making and project management.
- Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Proactively identify and address administrative needs to optimize the CEO's productivity and efficiency.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the executive team and administrative staff to support company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 2 years supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a capacity for strategic relationship-building.
- Robust attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
