Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. The successful candidate will have a history of supporting C-suite level executives in a fast-paced, corporate environment. This is a hybrid role that will initially be remote while shifting to be hybrid/onsite in Philadelphia.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Manage, organize and maintain CEO calendar within START but also with numerous external parties.
· Represent the office of the CEO with the utmost in professionalism and respect for the confidential nature of the business the office may conduct.
· Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
· Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
· Arrange travel and accommodations for CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), as necessary.
· Schedule meetings on behalf of CEO and manage meeting logistics for meetings.
· Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, review contents, determine importance, and summarize.
· Perform general office tasks.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by CEO.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience supporting “C” Suite level of executives.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Extensive knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures.
· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.
· High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
· At least four years of related experience required.
Working Conditions:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
