Get to Know This Role
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of the CEO's office, ensuring seamless operations and facilitating efficient communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Please note: This position is a full-time, on-site role. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Individual offers are based on skills, experience, and qualifications. This role may be eligible for our bonus program – inquire with our Talent Acquisition Partner for additional details.

What You Will Do
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing correspondence and inquiries.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, notes, and follow-up action items.
  • Project Management: Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.
  • Gatekeeper Role: Manage the CEO’s schedule and ensure it is respected, acting as a gatekeeper to facilitate access to the CEO’s time and office.
  • Internal/External Engagement: Coordinate activities related to the CEO's public engagements, such as speaking events, community involvement, and interviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Please Apply if You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3 years of Executive Assistant experience required.
  • Proven experience as an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT or administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and take action with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing T&E expenses and accurate expense reporting.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, industry partners, and employees, representing company values.
