Job Description
- Coordinate and track board engagement opportunities.
- Complete projects and special assignments for the President/CEO and manage the calendar.
- Communicate with Board members, donors, and others on behalf of the President/CEO as needed.
- Work closely with the President/CEO to keep him/her informed of commitments and responsibilities.
- Coordinate the effective operation of the administrative offices to include training staff on processes and systems (i.e., mail procedures) and ensuring all necessary functions are appropriately staffed.
- Plan and execute special events, meetings, and conferences for the President/CEO.
- Prepare presentations and create reports such as expense reports.
- Supervise company fleet management and purchasing processes.
- Maintain, track, and update company records, legal documents, contracts, audit records, and various office documents.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates required
- 5-8 years executive level support experience
- Pay range $24-$25/hour
- Traditional Monday-Friday daytime schedule
