Mission & Ministry Administrator
This position is a non-exempt, (part-time), paid position that is accountable to the Lead Pastor.
Position Mission Statement:
Provide administrative support and supervision that supports the work of the Lead Pastor, outreach, leadership, and service programs and processes.

Qualifications:
+ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with effective results.
+ Manifests strong interpersonal relationship skills and exhibits a friendly demeanor.
+ Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
+ Ability to listen to and communicate with members in a way that shows compassion, supports staff goals and objectives, and maintains confidentiality.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to manage timelines, utilize and troubleshoot database applications, and find creative solutions to emerging challenges.
+ Exhibits mature character and leadership abilities as identified in 1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Peter 5:1-4 and Acts 6:4
_ Strategic Expectations:_
+ Provide administrative support to the Lead Pastor, Council, and Committees of the congregation including:
o Nominations and leadership recruitment process.
o Council and committee meetings and tasks.
o Development of changes and revisions to governing documents, policies, and procedures.
o Coordination of projects related to the care and maintenance of the building.
o Gathering information for annual reports and congregational meetings.
+ Provide support and administrative skills for a variety of projects and efforts related to the mission of the congregation in consultation with the Lead Pastor.
+ Manage the recruitment and retention process for those who serve the congregation as volunteers.
+ Maintain communications and records related to outreach partners and projects.
+ Provide support to the Lead Pastor related to the outreach and stewardship ministries of the congregation.
Key Working Relationships and Teamwork Expectations:
+ Will work cooperatively with and receive input from Lead Pastor.
+ Will work cooperatively with leaders of the congregation.
+ Work as a team with other staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
