Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to advisors
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage email correspondence and prioritize incoming messages
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action item
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is not a personal assistant position. The focus of this role is on providing administrative support to wealth management advisors.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
