Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Provide administrative support to CEO and assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage WordPress website updates and content creation.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists.
- Coordinate and manage social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
- Assist in recruiting onsite Field Sales Representatives.
- Handle correspondence and communications, including drafting emails, letters, and other documents.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- High School, GED or equivalent.
- Strong background in Sales and Marketing.
- Familiarity with WordPress, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Ability to recruit and onboard onsite Field Sales Representatives.
- Proficiency in Zoho One, particularly Zoho CRM, is a plus.
- Strong IT skills are a plus.
- Must be a work starter and can work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be available to work in 1 of the 4 US time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Must be able to work as a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
