RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings
- Communication and Correspondence: Handle calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of agent
- Electronic Data Management: Vital report management and analysis of core data within CRM tool for distribution to agent
- Customer Support: Assisting with customer inquiries and scheduling customer meetings or follow-ups
- Marketing and Promotion: Helping with social media accounts and coordinating events or community outreach activities
- Research and Analysis: Gathering market intelligence and identifying potential opportunities.
