Garage Door, Fireplace & Building Material Service based company in Conyers, GA is a fast growing company looking for someone with a strong personality to assist with our growing Customer Service department. We are looking for a person with:
Strong Customer Service skills – 3 years office experienced REQUIRED.
Service Titan Software experience is a huge benefit! $500.00 Sign on bonus for this experience!
Previous dispatch or scheduling experience – preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Attention to detail and well organized.
Invoicing experience.
Experience with purchase orders, receivers, inventory, sales orders, purchasing inventory, and managing customer accounts a plus.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Efficient with Outlook; Word; and Excel is required. Strong accurate typing skills.
The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
Self Motivated.
Energetic, fun, and friendly personality.
Teamplayer
Must be within 30 mile radius of Conyers, GA

Must be able to pass Back Ground Check and Drug Test and basic typing test.
Personal transportation, Valid Driver’s License required.
Job Type: This is an 8 am to 5 pm shift. Monday-Friday. Full Time
Customer Service: 3 years required; Invoicing customer accounts: 1 year required; Dispatcher Service 1 year (Preferred)
