What You Will Achieve
As a member of the Pfizer team, you'll play a critical role in generation of libraries, selection of binders with desirable properties. In this role, you will contribute towards the antibody discovery via both in vivo and in vitro discovery platforms to support portfolio projects. Your role will include execution on library generation and antibody discovery.

How You Will Achieve It
- Apply technical skills to complete assigned work within own work group/project team.
- Perform activities related to library generation, panning and screening.
- Perform molecular cloning, plasmid extraction and quantification.
- Coordinate immunization schedules and monitor serum titer.
- Perform and/or coordinate nanopore sequencing.
- Present results regularly at team meetings.
- Work closely with peers to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Perform diligent and timely note-keeping and work process tracking.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in a science field with 0 to 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with data analysis and presentation software.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of biochemistry and related hands-on laboratory experience.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $54,700.00 to $91,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
