Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to join our Financial Services firm. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience with general business knowledge, be proficient in using Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. Prior experience in a wealth management firm, law firm or life insurance practice is required.
Experience:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for document creation and collaboration
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of data entry procedures and accuracy in maintaining records
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively and meet deadlines
Credentials:
- Must have either a Series 7 or New York State Life & Health license
