In this multi-faceted role, you’ll use your proactive problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to perform various secretarial and administrative functions to improve the department’s efficiency. This involves collaboration with internal and external contacts, reception, calendar management, setting up meetings, preparing presentations/correspondence, maintaining records/files, and assisting with other special projects. The constant goal will be a neat and systematic office reflective of a top-notch executive and healthcare organization.
To qualify, you must possess:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant or equivalent, preferably in a hospital or health care setting
- A high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, high-profile community leaders, and staff
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
