Executive Assistant - C-Level

Title: Executive Assistant

Location: NYC

Remote/Hybrid/Onsite: Fully onsite.

Position Type: Contract, possible temp-to-perm

Duration: 7+ months

Rate: $28.00 - $30.00/hr

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Associates degree or equivalent.

2. Minimum of two to three years of related work experience.

3. Excellent organizational skills

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and learn quickly.

5. Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word

6. Ability to learn and work with Bloomberg, FactSet, Baseline, etc.

7. Strong team player.

8. Ability to work independently

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
