- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience

This Executive Assistant thrives in ambiguity and change. They will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with SVP+ level offices & senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars to support teams in global locations and time zones. They will also build relationships with EAs across the company and our Legal, Finance, HR, and PR partners. They will support Directors and teams during PEAK {Prime Days, T11, Holiday} including working longer hours as needed to serve customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)

- Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
