Muza Sheet Metal Co. is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide superior support to our executive team. This position is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organization, communication, and time management skills and will have a keen sense for detail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including the President and CEO.
- Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between executives and internal/external individuals.
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize important company documents and records.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings and have all necessary information.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and trustworthiness, as you will handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but not required.
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant preferred.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field required.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
