```Duties```
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings for staff, and assisting our events director and events committee as needed.
- Prepare and edit agendas for several committees. Serve as the staff representative on those committees
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
- Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as a point of contact for Chamber Staff
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
```Requirements```
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with project coordination is a plus
