Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, providing support as needed
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Proficient in clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Previous experience as an administrative or personal assistant is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
