Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
Planning and scheduling meetings and maintaining executive(s) calendars
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive(s)
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Conserves executive(s) time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive(s) appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
