Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate social media marketing and web presence
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Proficient in phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Strong office management skills, including organizing files and documents
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience as a personal assistant or Executive Assistant preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Proficient in managing Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
