Summary:
Reports directly to the VPs of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Nuvance Health. Provides a full range of complex administrative functions and support for the Vice Presidents in Finance in order to maintain and improve operations of Nuvance Health.
Serves as the primary contact on matters pertaining to the Finance Department and CFO’s office. Works closely and effectively to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:

Manage all calendars of appointments by assuming total responsibility for the organization of the CFO, SVP Core Finance, VP Operations & Decision Support and VP Accounting & Treasury.

Evaluate and prioritize workflow and resolve issues within realm of authority.

Communicates directives as needed on behalf of the CFO, SVP Core Finance, VP Operations & Decision Support and VP Accounting & Treasury.

Screen and triage phone calls including patient related; draft correspondence, manage communications by prioritizing, routing as appropriate and ensuring follow up.

Compose, draft or dictate reports, agenda and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.

Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

Work closely and effectively with executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up appropriately.

Coordinate Board Finance and Board Investment Committee meetings; Assist in preparation and distribution of Board packets. Schedule and attend meetings, including Board meetings and take minutes and notes. Responsible for catering for meetings and to provide audio-visual support. Liaison to both the Chairs of the Finance and Investment Committees.

Provide service excellence to physicians, patients, visitors and employees of Nuvance Health.

Prepares, reviews and submits approved / executed documents to initiate financial transactions with investment advisors and banks including documents for regulatory filings

Maintain Finance PTO calendar for all employees. Kronos Administrator / Timekeeper. Record and track Finance Department employee’s records in a timely manner.

Arrange and coordinate meetings for Finance department as needed including staff meetings, internal and external services, educational training.

Responsible for minute taking as needed for Finance Department meetings.

Maintain inventory of supplies and facilitate purchase requisitions for Finance to meet operating and capital needs.

Actively engage in continual process improvement and enhancement of internal controls for Finance Department

Required: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Requires 7+ years experience supporting an Executive Leadership Role.
