Executive Assistant

Busy C-Suite Executive based in downtown Milwaukee seeks to hire an experienced, educated, and organized Executive Assistant to join his office team and provide direct support for key business activities. Note this position is based in the office, five days per week. There is no opportunity for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of administrative support including preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, contracts, etc.
• Create meeting materials including agendas; take notes and follow up as needed
• Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials (including PowerPoint presentations and mass mailings)
• Manage the CRM database including exporting lists and creating reports; keep mailing and other contact lists up-to-date
• Assist with project schedules and timelines
• Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain electronic files on the server
• Organize company meetings and events
• Assist with other office duties including obtaining certificates of insurance from vendors

Qualifications:

• 3+ years previous experience in an Executive Assistant role
• High accuracy; able to carefully proofread documents
• High tech acumen; proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Associates or 4-year degree strongly preferred

Compensation:

Compensation of $75,000+ annually, depending on experience.
