Shift: 8am-5pm

The role you’ll contribute:

This position provides support for minor and major projects, as well as, day to day duties, as assigned by CEO, COO, and CFO. This position requires a high level of organization skills, self-motivation and well-developed professional demeanor and discretionary judgment. This position requires a strong ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-moving environment with a high level of personal accountability. Presents self and overall administration in a professional manner including in the areas of writing and speaking, coordination of administration processes while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Proactively provides executive assistance in all areas of responsibility including coordination of work and/or travel schedules, support for projects and appropriate assistance of the day-to-day flow of their respective roles. Requires a thorough understanding of the respective executive roles and a well-developed ability to aid where needed.
  • Responsible for the appearance of the executive office and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Supports in maintaining and coordinating office business including, but not limited to, scheduling of appointments, screening phone calls, maintaining office supplies and equipment, maintaining files, word processing of letters, memoranda, reports, policies, procedures and committee and departmental meeting minutes. Distributes pre-meeting information for assigned meetings, such as agendas, handouts or booklets.

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the administrative and/or clerical support role.
