Executive Assistant

VISIBLE CHANGES is seeking an Executive Assistant for the President to provide direct administrative and strategic support in the day to day operations. No two days will be the same and the position requires the ability to move fast, think critically and communicate efficiently.
Candidate will manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, conference calls and special events through the planning, coordination and execution. Serve as the gatekeeper for the President to keep each day running smoothly. Coordinate itineraries and travel arrangements as necessary. Prepare correspondence, communications and set up meets as required.
Candidate must posses exceptional communication skills with a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You must have a proactive, persistent, positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks. You recognize your position will handle sensitive material which must be dealt with in confidentiality.
Experience in an Executive Assistant role with C-Suite Level support a plus.
