As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to help support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses the following:

Description of Responsibilities:

Calendar Management
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing and responding as needed.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Arrange, schedule, and prepare materials for meetings.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Keep confidentiality of the meetings attended.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing demands to ensure that the CEO's time is optimized.
- Run errands that are personal and/or professional in nature, as requested.
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
Required experience:
Experience supporting C-Level as personal or Executive Assistant

Understand how to manage a diverse set of responsibilities in supporting C-Level
Skills Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
