Pay Range: $57,610 - 71,437 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
Are you ready to bring your talents to one of Omaha's most successful companies? As NFM's Executive Assistant, you will perform high-level administrative tasks, working independently and proactively on a variety of administrative responsibilities and report directly to NFM's CEO/President. This position will also provide administrative support to the Chairman and Vice Chairman. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have strong time management skills and be an outstanding communicator.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Manage: Open, review and prioritize mail and e-mail. Bring items needing quick response to the immediate attention of the CEO/President, Chairman or Vice Chairman
- Direct: Coordinate and maintain calendars and communicate reminders or updates to CEO/President, Chairman or Vice Chairman
- Prepare: Coordinate and book meetings and travel for CEO/President, Chairman or Vice Chairman and visitors. Develop itineraries and agendas when necessary
- Action: Act on behalf of the CEO/President, Chairman or Vice Chairman professionally and with diplomacy when responding, resolving, and following up on issues
- Arrange: Compose correspondences; letters, memos, notes, and e-mail on behalf of CEO/President, Chairman or Vice Chairman
- Build: Create, assemble, and distribute articles, updates, presentations, etc.
- Trust: Handle details of a highly confidential nature

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bachelor's degree in business, related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 years of experience in a high-level administrative support or project management position, or comparable experience within NFM
- Demonstrate professionalism and good business sense with the ability to pivot priorities as needed
- Possess a broad knowledge of corporate operations, strategy, and policy
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to criminal background check
