Job description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant with strong marketing and employee engagement support experience to join our team. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and marketing support to the Market Vice President and assist with employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills. Primary duties include managing the schedule of the key executive, preparing documents and reports, coordinating travel arrangements and business events, and supporting the marketing and employee engagement activities of the organization.
This position will be based in Omaha, NE and work in the office Monday - Wednesday each week.
Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the key executive including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing and employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and clients
  • Ensure quality control of all marketing materials and communications
  • Monitor industry trends and news and recommend changes to the executive team
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team
  • Create and maintain databases of customer and employee information
  • Manage employee engagement activities, such as company-wide events and surveys
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, and manage the local market budget

Qualifications:
Minimum:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond an HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years experience; or 7 years experience in a related field

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or 5+ years of experience in executive support, finance, or marketing
