An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant position, and we are looking for the best of the best! We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled EA to provide support to the GM and Director of Administration. The successful candidate will also be a board clerk for a 9-member board representing different groundwater agencies.
The pay offered for this position is $32.02 per hour
Location: Chino, California
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Candidates with experience working with public agencies and dealing with board members will be preferred, as it will be a part of the job.
The primary responsibilities of the role include taking meeting minutes and preparing agendas and agenda packets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent work experience. Supplemental education, such as IAAP certification(s), or equivalent in office administration practices, business administration, or management, is desired.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant required. Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant in a public agency, water district, or legal environment is a plus.
