Job Description
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and President of Trifecta Nutrition Inc. They will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks and projects. The goal of this role will be to support our co-founders to make their day and the company run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Duties
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including staff-level meetings, all hands meetings, one-on-ones, meetings with stakeholders, senior level candidates, and meetings with advisors
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries (May also require some travel)
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentations for the BOD and team meetings
- Develop systems and processes that help the CEO and his team move faster, creatively use limited resources, and build strong cross-functional partnerships
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business, HR, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or President
- Be able to communicate effectively through both email and phone
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Order Management in Ecommerce Platform
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Expensify, Bill.com
