SalaryOur state-of-the-art boutique periodontal practice is seeking a friendly, articulate, team- and detail-oriented administrative team member for full-time employment with front desk receptionist duties. We are looking for someone 4-5 days a week, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Salary is competitive and benefits are offered.
Our patients are our top priority. You must be able to communicate and relay information professionally and accurately, as well as, kindly and patiently.
Experience is preferred. Dentrix experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance benefits, process payments, and communicate with referring dentists and patients via e-mail or phone.
Phone etiquette and writing proficiency are a must.
