Event Coordinator

The Adinek Group is recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. The Event Coordinator will work with the event managers to set the stage for a 1 -day event bringing suppliers and sports teams together for business opportunities. The event will take place in October and will assume coordination, scheduling, setup, and tear-down to ensure participants and exhibitors have a professional experience. This is a temporary, contract opportunity that is required to be on location.

Responsibilities:

- Create a comprehensive production schedule and run of the show outlining all activities and key milestones for the day.

- Develop and maintain a program flow that aligns with the overall vision and objectives of the event.

- Possess a thorough understanding of the event's theme and plans, including budgeting and financial matters.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the AEG/sports team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the day.

- Oversee event space set-up and teardown, ensuring all elements are in place according to the established plan.

- Perform any additional duties as required to ensure the overall success and smooth operation of the event.
