Job Overview

The Event Coordinator works within the Sales Support Team in close cooperation with Marketing Communications, Administration and Field Management. This person organizes selling events like industry trade shows and open houses that take place throughout North America. The job is performed at our home office in Rancho Dominguez, CA. There is occasional travel.

Job Duties (subject to modification)

• Trade show organization and promotion.
• Organization and promotion of Industry Events hosted at TRAK Showrooms.
• Design and execution of campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage Promotional Partner program.
• Work with Distributors on joint promotions of their events.
• Assist and perform basic Sales Support functions as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with Marketing software.
• Familiarity with email programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• A BS or BA in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications or Personal Sales.
