The Kindling Faith Event Coordinator performs logistical planning for Kindling Faith events, including scheduling, negotiating contracts, processing registrations, arranging housing and catering, and other basic hospitality for event participants and presenters. This position works under the supervision of the Senior Director – Continuing Education and will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficiency and productivity of the Kindling Faith program.
· Fulfill all housing requests for Kindling Faith participants across two campuses, including presenters and guests.
· Assist with the promotion of Seminary events in coordination with the Director – Strategic Marketing and Communications.
· Coordinate logistics for guest speakers and other presenters.
· Identify and work with catering vendors for the ordering of food and refreshment items.
· Utilize online platform(s) for room and building reservations for meetings and events.
· Utilize online registration platform(s) for event scheduling and registrations.
· Provide support to the Senior Director – Continuing Education with managing personal and Kindling Faith event calendars.
· Oversee logistical tasks related to student, alumni, and donor events.
· All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour
