Position Overview: Curemed Health is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will be an integral part of planning and executing a variety of events that contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including seminars, conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics and execution.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event evaluations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote events.
• Handle on-site event management, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
