Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including seminars, conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics and execution.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event evaluations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote events.
- Handle on-site event management, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
