Responsibilities:
Event Logistics:

Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and products for events.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
Guest Services:
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
- Assist with attendee registration, check-in, and inquiries.
Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and organize event details, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of event-related materials.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in maintaining event budgets and tracking expenses.
