SalaryWe are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Event Host and Service Assistant to join our team for a wedding reception on July 20, 2024, in San Bernardino. As an Event Host and Service Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of a wedding reception and providing exceptional service to guests.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously throughout the event.
Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages according to established standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items and accommodate special dietary requests.
Table Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up tables, chairs, and decorations before the event. Clear tables efficiently during and after the reception.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other event staff, including catering and kitchen teams, to coordinate seamless service. Communicate effectively to ensure a cohesive and organized event.
Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Alert supervisors to any challenges that may arise during the event.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and polished appearance in accordance with the event's dress code.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
