TMZ Events is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Promotions Assistant in Los Angeles, CA. As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure the successful implementation of strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events, including logistics, set-up, and breakdown.
- Engage with event attendees to promote brand awareness and generate leads or sales.
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise at events and designated locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns from event attendees.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and concepts for promotional campaigns.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and equipment and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a passion for promoting brands and engaging with people.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required for events.
