Job Responsibilities:
- Manage estimating calendar entries.
- Update estimating spreadsheets before/after weekly meetings.
- Call on subcontractors to collect bid quotations.
- Maintain subcontractor information in software system.
- Order bidding documents from invitations to bid.
- Fill out bid cover sheets for soliciting team members.
- Backup to help with preparing documents for bid submissions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Microsoft Office Suite skills – Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proper phone/customer service etiquette
- Willing to learn or advance skills on own time, if needed.
- Construction experience, knowledge, or background helpful
- Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
