Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls
• Explain our services to consumers
• Direct calls to appropriate person
• Phone Med Requests
• Courtesy calls to remind consumer of appointment
• Schedule and cancel appointments
• Schedule Intakes
• Check clients in and out
• Take payments/Enter insurance information
• Verify Demographics
• Enter TOM information into computer
• Get information ready to send over to MR/Scan to MR
• Fax communication report to Doctors offices
• Verify Tenncare
• Sort incoming mail and distribute to appropriate persons

Compensation begins at $15.00 per hour.
