Responsibilities:
· Must be willing to travel around the DFW area to job sites.
· Need to be able to climb ladders and walk on roofs and be comfortable on construction sites.
· Conduct roofing inspections, taking pictures, and communicating with property owners.
· Be present at insurance adjuster meetings for property inspections.
· Build relationships with property owners and communicate with them throughout the construction process, including quality of installations and collecting money for projects.
· Attend networking and chamber of commerce meetings to represent company
· Solicit new business by networking, referrals, leads, phone, text, call, in person meetings.
· Develop relationships with insurance agents, real estate agents, property management companies.
· Placing all lead and customer meetings, phone calls, and notes into company CRM and designated software systems.
· Consistently moving prospects and customers through the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
· Must be willing to travel around the DFW area to job sites.
· Need to be able climb ladders and walk on roofs and be comfortable on construction sites.
· Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
· Driven and goal oriented, can work well independently without supervision.
· Must be able to communicate and have discussions with a wide variety of people.
· Weekly meeting with company owner to go over construction, insurance, and sales.
· Monthly reporting of prospecting attempts and conclusion status.
· Attending weekly training form company and manufacturer scheduled trainings.
· Consistently returning all lead and customer phone calls, text messages, and emails within 24 hours of receipt.
· Taking Before, During, and After production pictures of the project:
· Providing all necessary supplement pictures and measurements.
· Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with possible Saturdays based upon weather
Benefits:
Company will provide a $500 vehicle allowance. Vehicle wrap after 90 days.
Bonus available per performance guidelines
Fully paid training
Commission rates between 35% to 50%
