We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities:```
-Oversee scheduling including patient appointments and meetings with health care professionals
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
-Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Compile data for various projects
```Experience:```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
