Job Description:

As a Steel Detailer, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for steel structures based upon architectural and engineering designs. This role involves using 3D modeling software (Tekla Structures) to produce accurate and precise drawings that will be used for fabrication and construction.

Responsibilities:

• Receive training in Tekla Structures software and steel detailing processes.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings to implement project standards.
• Collaborate with experienced team to create 3D models and 2D detailed shop drawings.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly while maintaining attention to detail. Contribute to maintaining organized project files and documentation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Strong willingness to learn Tekla Structures software and steel detailing principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
