Medley Networks Inc. was established as an engineering services company to support the Wireless Industry to meet their nationwide 5G deployment goals in order to enhance broadband wireless connectivity throughout the US.

Medley is looking for entry-level RF Engineer who is interested in starting the career in Telecom industry. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to learn and perform Telecom Engineering fundamentals and work activities. We welcome OPT/CPT candidates to apply for this position to kick-start their careers. This is a strictly On-Site Role.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science with a major program of study in Electrical/Electronics & Communications Engineering.
• 1-2 years post-graduate work experience is also acceptable.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of engineering
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
• Self-starter organized and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Self-directed and establish own priorities to meet needs of organization.
• Go-getter attitude and ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Must possess and maintain a valid US Driver’s License with a safe and satisfactory driving history.
• Ability to travel within a region/market and may be required to travel out of market on a project basis, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle challenging projects with the ability to quickly come up to speed.
• Learn new concepts, attention to details is critical to be successful in this position.
• Possess the ability to quickly remedy problems as they arise.
• Detail oriented and able to handle concurrent, multiple assignments.
• Ability to respond to project emergencies during nights and weekends as needed.
• Support mentorship by a Sr. RF Engineer, Team Lead or Project Manager.
• Conduct and act professionally and be always presentable on customer premises.
