JOB DESCRIPTION:
Minimum 4 - 6 years of hands on experience in building, training and deploying end to end ML and statistical models in production environments
- Experience creating and using advanced Machine Learning algorithms and statistics: XGBoost, Random Forest, regression, simulation, scenario analysis, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc
- Must have very good understanding of feature engineering, model building & prediction
- Excellent skills required in writing Spark/Python and SQL code
- Understanding of preferably GCP data Services or any other Hyper scalers
- Ability to work with variety of data sources
- Must be able to train & evaluate the models
- Experience in Analyzing data for trends and patterns
- Should have worked on data science models and helping scale them out to production-level models that can handle huge real-time data
- A strong ability to build relations and work independently with business users and IT leads
- Understanding of the full life cycle development of enterprise projects, within an Agile environment, is a plus
- Understanding of Retail domain data is a plus
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of Core Java experience # Very strong in Core java /Spring /Spring Boot
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Cassandra /No Sql, Any Cloud exp, Ecommerce domain knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day technical job duty
- Understand, Analyze and Requirement gathering.
- Identify list of impacted systems involved for the new requirement/feature.
- Effort estimation for the given tasks.
- Prepare high- and low-level design.
- Responsible for implementation and coding of projects in Java, Spring boot
- Responsible for developing the service layer (Orchestration) using Spring Boot with micro services.
- Deploy Spring Boot applications on Google cloud platform using continuous integration/continuous deployment process.
- Involved in root cause analysis and defect fixing for production issues.
- Review the code, identify, and resolve the technical issues.
- Automation of Build, release, and deployment process
- Analyze performance issues.
